The Bar Style Backrack Accessories

With the Bar Style Backrack you can order many accessories to suit your needs. With these additional accessories you can mount utility strobe lamps on the sides or in the center or antennas. Mill Supply carries a variety of strobe lamps in all sizes and prices to meet your expectations and budget.

The Safety Rack from Backrack gives your truck complete rear window and cab protection with the versatility to mount lights, toolboxes, and other equipment on your truck without having to drill holes in your truck. Manufactured from “pickled and oiled” steel tube and cold rolled 3/16” welded wire for a scale free powder coat finish that provides maximum rust resistance. The Safety Rack is designed for heavy duty commercial applications where strength, versatility and protection are required.
Mount all types of light or antennas using the new light bracket designed specifically for Safety Rack. This new rack simply fastens to the rack with self tapping screws allowing you to position any light or antenna where you require it across the horizontal tube. Carry ladders and other long items on Safety Rack with the accessory Rear Bar. It simply drops into the rear stake pockets of the truck while allowing you to open and close the tailgate without interference. Toolbox brackets allow you to mount your toolbox without having to drill through the bed rails of your truck. Specify if your truck has a toolbox when ordering.

Strobe Lamps

One of Mill Supply’s most popular strobe lamps for the independent landscaper or snowplower is the Low Profile Strobe Lamp from North American. This mini strobe measures less than 5” tall, incorporates a rubber boot base and can be ordered permanent mount or magnetic mount. The magnetic mount strobe lamp uses a cigarette lighter plug on the end of a 12 foot cord. The flash rate is 70-80 per minute with a low current draw. Mill Supply’s part number is ST-499MA for the magnetic amount and ST500A for the permanent mount.

Mill Supply also carries mini bar strobe lamps and mini bar revolving lamps. Our mini bar strobe lamps measure 16” or 23” in length and contain two strobes underneath a protective shell. Either lamp incorporates a 15 foot cord with an on/off switch built into a cigarette plug. Our mini bar strobe part numbers are 69-933 for the 23” model and 69-916 for the 16” model.
