PRESSURE WASHERS - pressure washer store

Pressure washers are great time savers but do require maintenance. Mill Supply lists pressure washer replacement parts by product type and size. We do not list brand names and original equipment part numbers. Our pressure washer replacement parts include: steel and brass plug connectors, o-rings, stainless steel pressure tips in varying degrees, trigger guns and trigger gun repair kits, rotating nozzles, hoses, chemical injectors and chemical injector repair kits.

Here are some problem solving solutions if you notice pressure is dropping in your pressure washer.• If using a gas engine unit, check to see if the speed of the motor has dropped.
• Check your hose; be sure it is not kinked or leaking.
• Replace your nozzle, it is possibly that it is worn and the orifice size is now too large to hold up the pressure.
• Check your pressure seals. If the pressure seals become worn or dirty they will allow the pressure to drop off.
• If the valves have become worn or dirty they will allow the pressure to drop off.
• Check the condition of the unloader. The unloader relieves the pressure in the pump when the spray gun is not squeezed. It may be stuck in the open position. pressure washer

The above scenarios are common problems in both electric and gas pressure washers and could cause low pressure. If you have checked all of the above and your pressure washer is still not operating correctly then it may have a more serious problem and you should get it checked/repaired where you purchased the unit.
